Meet The Team
Daniel Hooker – Customer Care Advisor
Daniel grew up in Surrey and has been working at the ETA for nearly four years. One of the key members of the Customer Care team, Daniel’s favourite part of his job is interacting with our customers on a daily basis and providing assistance and guidance when needed. He enjoys working at the ETA because of the great rapport he has with his colleagues and the strong work ethic of the company. A man of many talents, Daniel studied Photography and Design at Guildford College and in between phone calls, is often called upon by the ETA marketing team to design adverts, flyers and posters! When not at work, Daniel can be found listening to Florence + The Machine and eating cheeseburgers!
Hannah Duncombe – Marketing and Sales Executive
Hannah joined the ETA two years ago as a Customer Care Advisor and after just 12 months in this role she was promoted to Marketing and Sales Executive. Born and bred in Hampshire, Hannah also lived in Cardiff for three years where she earned herself a Bachelors degree in Textile Design. Her fantastic eye for composition and layout makes her a great asset to the ETA marketing team, where she can be found enthusiastically updating the company website or designing new policy documents. Hannah says ‘the best thing about working for the ETA is the collaboration between everyone working here. Opinions are valued and everyone is given the opportunity to contribute to the business, irrespective of what department they work in’. When she’s not implementing the latest digital marketing technique, Hannah can be found listening to Johnny Cash and avidly watching her favourite football team Tottenham on TV.
