Magkey banishes jangly keys

MagKey banishes jangly keys by holding them together neatly with extremely thin, but powerful magnets.

However you travel, a bunch of keys can prove to be quite literally a pain in the backside. Whether you are walking, driving or cycling, keys kept in trouser pockets are far from comfortable. While smart phones are super slim and touchless payment cars is doing away with the needs to keep coins in your pocket, keys remain resolutely low-tech and clunky items to have to carry around.

MagKey aims to transform your jangly bunch of keys into a sleek, silent and ergonomically forgiving stack. Self-adhesive neodymium magnets only 1 mm thick hold the keys together so they can be clipped to a belt.

We like the idea of using the MagKey magnets to hide a spare house or car key outside, or organising keys on the fridge door. You can pre-order a MagKey organiser on crowdfunding website Kickstarter or enter our prize draw to win one.

Great idea – my keys drive me mad when I’m out for a run so I usually end up wrapping a rubber band around the end.
