The disposable bag is dead. Long live ‘notabag’

notabag

As disposable plastic carrier bags edge towards extinction, their place is being taken by a new generation of lightweight reusable bag. Whether you are popping out on your bike or off on holiday further afield, the reflective Notabag is a clever combination of a bag and a backpack made from high visibility reflective material. It’s party trick is quickly transforming from a bag to a cycling friendly backpack with a pull on the straps.

The small pouch measures only 13 x 15 cm in its folded state, but quickly expands to form a backpack measuring 45 x 65 cm.

Win a Reflective Bag & Backpack

We are within grabbing distance of British Summer Time (only 10 days and counting), but the reflective bag is useful all year round, so we’ve bought one to give away. Leave us a message at the bottom of the page and we’ll pick a winner next week.

These would be lovely on and off the bike, very handy!

I particularly like the large reflective areas; even my daughters would use one of them all year round and it’s nice to know they would be visible.

This bag looks a good design and really useful to carry around, just-in-case. It’s a big improvement on those P.E./kit bags, with the really thin cord straps that cut into your shoulders.

British Summer Time starts on Sunday 31 March 2019 when the clocks move forward an hour at 01:00hrs to 02:00hrs. i.e. 23 days time.
This event is more than 10 days time, it being the 8th March 2019 today.
Maybe the writer has confused the above with the Spring Equinox… that being, this year, on the 20th March… then again that’s 12 days time; so is also more than 10 days time….
